Each piece is handmade with care and built to last, but jewelry is delicate. Wild Rose Silver is not responsible for damage once your piece is in your hands.
If your package arrives damaged or seems lost in the mail, please message us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Once your package has been dropped off with the mail carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to track it. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands, but we are always willing to help if you have questions.
All jewelry is made to the size provided at checkout. Please double-check your sizing before ordering, as we are not responsible for sizing mistakes.
